Glamping Holiday are teaming up with TRAIN with Caitlin to host a four day fitness bootcamp in the stunning Surrey countryside. TRAIN with Caitlin promotes exercise to be a sociable, enjoyable and challenging element of everyday life. Caitlin’s ethos is to live a balanced, active and healthy lifestyle without restrictions or a set of rules.

Glamping Bootcamp will incorporate Caitlin’s ethos throughout the weekend bringing you a range of challenging, yet enjoyable activities, using minimal equipment whilst immersed in the great outdoors.


– 4 nights accommodation in our beautiful bell tents.
– Nutritious home-cooked meals cooked by Roz, our Tante Marie trained chef and joint owner of the glamping site.
– 20+ hours of physical exercise, delivered by our lovely Personal Trainer Caitlin, from TRAIN with Caitlin.


A typical day in the life of a Glamping Bootcamper looks a little like this…

7 AM – Wake up to gentle bird song and fresh countryside air, before tucking into a delicious energising breakfast. You can expect something like warm porridge with a seasonal fruit compote.

8 AM – Countryside walk to the lakes, followed by a lakeside circuit based workout. Stretching and team discussion regarding simple workouts which you can incorporate into your everyday life upon leaving camp.

12 PM – Re-hydrate and refuel after the morning activities, with a delicious lunch on the Glamping field.

2 PM – After resting at lunchtime, it is time for some team games and activities around camp. This will be followed by a light jog around the farm, with various drills to test your stamina and cardiovascular fitness.

4 PM – Shower time! Free time to freshen up and recuperate before dinner.

6 PM – A well earned dinner will be served at camp…our favourite evening dish is Roz’s Thai green chicken curry served with brown rice! After dinner, the campfires will be lit and the games will begin. If you have any energy left this is the perfect time to get to know your fellow Bootcampers a little better. Otherwise the evening is yours for you to enjoy as you wish. Don’t worry you won’t be judged if you’re the first to bed at 8pm, it’s tiring work!


Countryside walks, runs and drill based exercises around the farm.

Circuit based workouts, utilising both body weight and minimal resistant equipment such as dumbbells. Exercises will be aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness, whilst muscle building and toning. The idea is to teach and inspire our Bootcamper’s simple workouts and meal ideas which they can easily incorporate into their everyday life upon leaving the camp.

Boxing circuits, partner pad work giving you a full body workout focusing on strengthening and toning your upper body as well as improving heart and lung function and boosting your stamina levels!

Stretching sessions to help reduce muscle fatigue, by increasing blood circulation. Stretching helps your muscles recover from exercise and promotes muscle flexibility and improves joint range of motion.

Group discussions regarding recipes, meal prep, home workouts and simple healthy adaptations you can make in your everyday life.
