Guests have been asking us all season for our flapjack recipe. It is truly the easiest recipe to follow and they take no time at all to make.
250g porridge oats
125g light brown sugar
3 tbsp golden syrup
1. Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
2. Melt the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a pan over a low heat.
3. Stir in the oats.
4. Lightly grease a 20x20cm baking tin with butter and spoon in the mixture. Press into the corners with the back of a spoon so the mixture is flat.
5. Bake for around 15 minutes until golden brown.
