The best, effortless corn on the cob 🌽 and a great side dish for those barbecuing during their Glamping trip!

50g melted butter
1tsp honey
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2tsp rose harissa
4 sweetcorn cobettes

Melt butter
Add the honey, ketchup and rose harissa
Coat the sweetcorn in the melted butter mixture
BBQ until tender and a little charred.

From the new blooms of flowers to the return of the migratory birds (fingers crossed for the return of the swallows) it’s a wonderful time to get outside and enjoy nature 🌳 🍃
