Prices and Availability

Please note that the internet booking system is currently being updated. Should you have a date that you would like to book, please just get in touch and I can discuss availability with you. Just complete the email enquiry form.

We always listen to customer feedback and therefore have made the site even better for 2013.

To reflect this the charges will now be as follows:-

2 bed tent £125 per night

3 bed tent £135 per night

4 bed tent £145 per night

5 bed tent £155 per night

The maximum number that the tent will sleep is 5. This gives addidtional space for storage in the tent and gives you a more comfortable stay.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Paypal, bank transfer or cheque.

Once payment has been made then any reduction in numbers will not be refunded. If the numbers increase, and we have space an additional charge of £35 per person per night will be required.

There are 4 tents on the site.

We are happy to have groups to a maximum size of 20. If your party is bigger than 10 you will need to take the whole site and divide the tents between the group. Please contact Glamping Holiday prior to making a group booking. We can then discuss your group needs.

It is worth noting that this is a quiet site. If you are looking for somewhere to make alot of noise then Glamping Holiday is not the place for your group. If there are any complaints you will be asked to leave and you will loose your deposit.

A deposit is required to cover the cost of any breakages to the tent or its contents and secured against anti social behaviour..You will be asked to provide a cheque for £150  per tent . All going well, it will be returned 3 days after your departure.

You must be 18 or over to book your trip.

Booking is simple

1.     Choose how many nights that you would like to stay and look at the calendar to check availability. We are open from 3rd May 2013 to 16th September 2013.
2.     Click on the days that you would like to stay.
3.     Decide if you would like to have any home cooked dishes. Follow the link to place an order.
4.     Do you need a travel cot and highchair?
5.     What morning paper you would like?
6.     Enter contact details.
7.     Look at the terms and conditions.

9.     If you are ready to book then simply pay by paypal. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or bank transfer. 
10.  You will receive an email confirming the booking and then will send you written confirmation, the full list of contents and a map within a week of your arrival.
